The basement, garage, and any outdoor sheds are reserved for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.

LIVING SPACES Lounge: A cozy, dark-toned sitting room with a well-loved piano and Bluetooth-enabled record player ~ perfect for cocktails and conversations. Family Room: A bright, airy space with a pellet stove, comfortable seating, and a Samsung smart TV with Gaming Hub for movie nights or casual gaming. Loft: Located just off the primary bedroom, the loft provides a comfortable space with books and games for downtime. KITCHEN & DINING Fully Equipped Kitchen: A host-friendly kitchen with a modern induction stove, ample counter space, and an eat-in area that seats nine. Coffee Station: Drip, Keurig, and Nespresso machines with a starter selection of coffees and teas. Dining Room: A separate, more formal dining space that comfortably seats eight. BEDROOMS & BATHS (4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms) Primary Bedroom: Features a Queen bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. While the room offers visual privacy, it is open to the adjacent loft overlooking the family room & foyer, so sound and light may carry. Guest Bedrooms: Three comfortable guest rooms ~ one King bed, one Queen Rize adjustable bed, and one standard Queen bed. Full Bathroom: Includes a double vanity and separate tub & shower to make busy mornings easier. Additional Sleeping: The family room sofa converts into two comfortable beds using our provided Sleep Kits. Half Bath: Conveniently located just off the kitchen and recently updated. LAUNDRY An on-site laundry room includes a washer, dryer, small sink, iron, and clothing steamer. OUTDOORS Large Deck: Overlooks the wooded surroundings with comfortable seating and a dining area. To help preserve a peaceful environment, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Parties and events are not allowed. For security and to support our no-party and no-smoking policies, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras, as well as interior smoke and noise decibel monitors. These devices do not record conversations and are designed to protect the home while respecting guest privacy. At times, a 2024 fifth-wheel RV may be stored on a dedicated pad off the driveway. It is never occupied during guest stays and does not affect parking, privacy, or your use of the home and amenities.
